The CBA Program

CBA and Seniors Resource Hub have joined together to create a special program for you. This discount is exclusive for CBA members and will require a Supreme Court Number for practicing attorney’s and a Membership Number for other members to take advantage of this pricing.

CBA Members

For those who are fortunate enough to be a CBA member, you are eligible for the partnership program pricing. First, you will need to “create an account”, then determine how many subscriptions you will be purchasing for your clients. Note: You will need your Supreme Court Number for practicing attorney’s or your CBA Membership number for other members to finalize your account. Subscriptions are usable for one year from purchase, therefore all subscriptions should be assigned to a “client” no later than 90 days prior to expiration to realize the most value.

Non-CBA Members

Unfortunately, this pricing is only available for CBA members and your pricing will remain at $49.99/mo. per checklist. There is a volume monthly discount for purchasing multiple checklists.

The Comparison Checklists provide an independent resource to educate and empower your clients to make the best care and living decision for their unique circumstances. The Care Concierge business model, although is advertised as free…isn’t. These companies and their “consultants” are paid a commission that can equal up to three months of rent or more. Substantiating the old adage…”nothing in life is free” and begs the question; will the care concierge suggest the provider paying the highest commission or the one that meets your client’s needs?
No. They are just as valuable, if not more so, for the caregivers/adult children. The Checklists are a great way to set the family up to have an in-depth conversation and discover the wishes of the aging adult and have a process to follow which can identify the best affordable provider.
1. It’s a valuable service your clients need to make the best home and long-term care decisions.
2. Differentiates your firm from other firms.
3. Can be a new revenue stream.
No! There isn’t any limit, they can evaluate and store the information on as many providers as they would like.
The first step in the process of all Checklists is to “Customize the Checklist”. This is where your clients get “educated” and will be able to leverage years of caregiving experience and have the confidence to take control of the evaluation process. During this step your client will review a
bank of questions, select questions which are important to them and eliminate questions which do not pertain to their situation. If the staff member from the provider organization controls the conversation, typically the conversation focuses on building aesthetics not care and service. Our checklists focus on care and service first!
The pandemic proved that these evaluations can be done remotely using a communication platform such as zoom or FaceTime. It’s an excellent way to ask, record and score questions if the evaluator cannot be on site. Additionally, it’s an easy way to share results with the aging adults and/or other caregivers anytime during the process and especially when making the final decision!
